Service excellence beyond expectation!

Yesterday, 9 May 2019, I called MTN looking for cell phone insurance and boy was I BLOWN away by the level of service excellent that I received! I initially spoke to a lady whose name I did not get (unfortunately) and she gave me a super excellent service. I then called later during the day and was assisted by a lady named Esmeralda Adams and again was BLOWN away by her service excellence!!!! From beginning to end I was so well taken care. I truly believe our country would be so much more progressive if we had people with such excellence! Thank you MTN, thank you lady whose name I did not get and a very BIG thank you Esmeralda Adams. You deserve a promotion! God bless always!
