On 4 April 2024, I paid the amount MTN wanted before the cancellation can be started. The next day, I received a sms stating the cancellation process is underway. I phoned and they confirmed it. Today I phoned to find out how far the process is and low & behold, there is no process on the system for the cancellation of my contract to make my number prepaid. THANKS FOR **** SERVICE MTN AND NO, I AM NOT WAITING FOR ANOTHER 30 DAYS TO CANCEL IT. I AM NOT PAYING ANYMORE ON THIS CONTRACT, BECAUSE I REQUESTED A CANCELLATION ON 4 APRIL 2024.
