Service does not exist

The service (this does not actually exist) I have recieved from MTN business is absolutely pathetic. I was thinking of switching over to this network but I'm unable to get any information from a consultant. When asked if they could please email me information on the deals they offer. I'm told this is not possible. I'm than directed that I need to go into a store for the most basic of information. (whats the point of having a call centre??). I've asked to speak to a manager and have been placed on hold for over 20min +/- and increasing. This is pathetic and unacceptable way to treat any customer (new/existing)
