MTN is the worst in terms of contracts always no stock on hand for Apple products, my first contract with them I had to wait a month because there’s no stock now it’s time for an upgrade an agent calls to offer me an upgrade. I accept the offer, a week later no communication when I enquire I’m being told that my upgrade is not logged into the system because of stock availability. If it has been two months with no apple products why call to offer the device, no idea 🤷♀️ an agent even suggested that I go to a nearest branch to upgrade because they might have stock. So basically they offer you something they can’t deliver and then give you more work by saying go to branches to check stock availability. Been with MTN for a while now and I must say their service in terms of contracts is the worst.
