MTN Matlosana Mall Klerksdorp North West refers. On Saturday, 26 November 2023 I went to this store to upgrade my contract. According to the staff on that day the upgrade system at their head office was overload. They promised to sort it out the Monday 28 Nov. After numerous calls to MTN head office and the store in question, up to this date, Monday 18 December, my upgrade has still not been finalized. I am a loyal client of MTN for 25 years and now I receive this unacceptable service from them.
