Service delivery

If ever you want bad service please join mtn, they debit from your account however they want too. Without anyone will calling you to explain what's the charges for not evens a statement to show what's it for...

You call them as they don't debit your account and they will transfer you from 1 department to the other their so called service Champs is a whole bunch of uneducated fools not one can assist today I have been on the phone for 2 hours still for the last fool to dropped the phone in my ear cause she can't assist as well but next week they expect money...

Their works go to the ATM with smiles month end to draw money they don't work for.
