Service delivery
<p>We went to Mall of Africa Mtn on 2016-08-13 to apply for the Mac book deal. We were dealing with Ruben who promised he would load the application on Monday the 15th and would do it via email and he would have completed it by end of business that day. We have not heard from Ruben about the additional line and would like to know what is happening with the app mac deal. It has now been a week and nothing is done.</p>
