Hello I am a loyal customer of the above mentioned service provider yet I have thee worst experience with them. I had a WiFi router contract with them since 2022 if I'm not mistaken, paying so well not missing a payment. When the contract came to an end I went to my the nearest store to end and cancel the contract,all was carried out properly and I was assured that it's cancelled. I took up another plan with them which was supposed to start the following month. Unfortunately that never happened, they kept debiting me for the old contract.

With noticing that, I would revise those payments, go to the branch, inform them, make my correct payments but they never activated my new plan.

To my shocking dislief ief last year I was told that my account is been handed over and I must arrange payments.

I'm truly dissatisfied and disgusted with their service. Now I have a bad name just because of their incompetence and lack of communication.
