MTN is absolutely ****. **** customer service inside their Sandton City branches where the consultants can ignore clients and then the call centre line that I am still holding on for 30 minutes so far. All to convert my SIM to a prepaid line months after my contract ended. I do not see the point of the branch consultants other than making ID copies when you take out a contract coz the branch cannot do anything and the call center line that's utterly useless. MTN is expensive for nothing. As soon as I get my number made prepaid I'm porting.
