what a **** custpmer service. i took out my contract last month and set my debit order collection date to my date which is the 21st of every month. i get an invoice saying that my debit order will collect on the 17th, which will charge me debit order bounce fee and affect my ITC. the customer service email people cannot even find or pull my account using my cellphone number and ID, then i attach the invoice i received but they still cannot find my account with my ID number. this is very strange because when i call, the cal centre can pick up my ID number and my details.

what a useless service provider which takes over a day to respond to an email query. if my ITC gets ruined tomorrow, i will be taking this up with the ombudsman.
