I was assisted by Christine Roberts from mtn three rivers branch in the vaal and got an exceptional expirience. she gave me the best service ever, i got an otp sms on saturday morning from mtn and didnt know what is was for then after that simcard wasnt working anymore, i panicked and tried calling mtn but my simcard was saying that it was rica barred. I then went to three rivers branch and was assisted by Christine within 2minutes everything was sorted. She knows her story and has good customer skills, i so wish that i took my phone contract from that branch.
