<p>I have a contact with MTN and was supposingly in legal. I have been trying get hold of this department for 4 days and it is closed as per the massage on their line. I spoke to 5 consultants at MTN and all of them kept on tranfering me to this legal department even when i kept on telling them that i cannot go through. I then spoke to a team leader by the name of keneilwe whom promised to send me an e-mail with the details of the person i can contact in legal 3 days later that e-mail has not reached my mail box. i dont know what to do anymore with this service provider</p>
