Service consultant mishap

Called in to add a device to my existing portfolio of contracts with MTN, the service consultant was absolutely terrible and ended up canceling my contract with an early termination quote. They suspended my services. Got a text after calling back to find out what’s going on to say they’re reinstating my benefits. So disappointed.
