Service Champions...my ass!

Pathetic useless....customer service is officially dead in SA. When you upgrade your contract, you are supposed to receive 20GB of promo data, no no not with MTN. What used to be an "on the ball" company is now very very bad. Since when do you have to phone for the promo data??? I have logged calls with how many so-called service champions(my ass) and upon receiving a ref code for completing the query, but the query never gets resolved. It is like one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. I have been an MTN client for 10 years and let me tell you, the decrease in customer service is very sad to see and experience.
