SERVICE CHAMPIONS / LOSERS RATHER.

It's crazy that I can't enable or disable my voicemail service myself on my mobile device. Twice I have spoke with a service loser & still I have voicemail - what must I do to have the service disabled? It will be interesting to see there will even be a response to this review.
