Service champions joke of the year and quick to take your money

Well hello MTN... Where to even start... So during lockdown in April, I had sent multiple emails to your customer care to inform you all that I would not be receiving a salary and wanted to find out my options. No response obviously. I ended up messaging your Facebook page and they sent me a link to apply for relief, which I did. Only to then be sent to a store and the guy at the store knew nothing about this, phoned a friend or whatever to just have the application link sent to me again. Come the 30th April you guys still took your debit order which bounced naturally, as I tried to warn you. Which I have to cover bank charges for... This problem was not resolved and you ended up suspending my account to the point where I was unable to RECEIVE calls on either of my MTN contracts. I loaned the money to pay my account, which I did. I worked half time during May, end of May you decided to take double the debit order amount, fine fair enough it might have been after your debit order roll date or whatever. That bounced because obviously I did not have enough to cover double as well as my other debit orders. But again I had paid my debit order. Again my account was suspended, okay if so it was only a day. This is the part that ****es me off, I decided I would log onto MTN active, and only to see that AGAIN you plan on taking double debit order. Somewhere along the line, someone has not done their work and allocated the payment so now again you guys are going to try and take double the amount that is due to you.

You are so quick to take my money, before I even get a notification that my salary is in I get a notification that MTN has taken their money. Twice you have caused me bank charges.

Needless to say that your "service champions" are never available. It takes weeks for someone to reply to the customer care email. I am now going to have to fight to get that money refunded to me, who knows how I will possibly ever get that done. If I cant even get hold of someone on the phone now, when would I ever... I am so tired of trying to get hold of someone before my money is in tomorrow and you decide to take it all and leave me with nothing.
