Service champions 1D10TS welcome to affirmative action BEE 1D10TS

I cancelled my one contract at the 16th April 2025 and email was sent to MTN and on the 30th June it's still not cancelled and when I phoned " service champions" ( that should be rather called affirmative action BEE 1D10TS) to why I still get billed I was told that the email was 26 May and I will still be billed till end of July. Sorry service champions 1D10TS it's 30 days of my notice period to you and not 60 days when you lazy 1D10TS decided to do some work . Your contract clearly states 30 day's later of my notice of cancellation and not 60 days after you hibernated. I'm sorry but I'm cancelling now all my contracts by you and will move over to Sky Connect because at least they don't employ 1D10TS
