Service calls/sms's keep terminating
I always receive airtime rewards from FNB re. Checkers and fuel spend, which I would use for my daughter. Everything was fine when I was on MTN pay-as-you-go. But ever since we took out a contract via MTN Direct, where we did a sim swap in order to retain my number, I cannot retrieve these rewards, nor register anything if I have to use one of those *???*??# type numbers. The call always says \call terminated"or the sms \""can't send\"". I emailed an inquiry to MTN customer services on 23 May but only ever got a reference number (#***2). Yesterday"
