Service Breakdown

I have written to Mtn complains department on the 29th December 2023 complaining about two ladies and how they treated me which was Amanda Nsebe and Amahle Nkuna till to date nothing has been done. I wrote countless emails to the complaints manager Tsholo Majafa instead she has ignored me countless times.
