I'm struggling with doing a sim swap. I went to clear water mall on Saturday with my certified id copy and affidavit as requested. The first Mtn by wimpy said their supervisor has left. How do they operate without a supervisor as some functions require their intervention? They then said I must go the MTN near the food court. Same story there, the supervisor left but Nthabiseng took my documents and promised it will be done on Monday. It's Wednesday today and still no sim swap.
