service bad

i took out aphone with them on contract, received the phone on the 25 of June but the sim was saying its rica barred was told they would rica once they receive the documents, but nothing called their customer service and activation department but till today the sim still not working I have been going back and forth to their mtn stores to try rica the sim and was told it should work with 2 to 48 hours I do not know how many 48 hours have passed till today the sim card is rica their service is bad
