I had a call today from this number+*** at 11h24 from a lady did not say who she is. I ask where she is calling from she then said from MTN regarding an upgrade which I am quite aware is due. I then responded I can't speak now I am at work she did not even ask when she can call back. Her response to me was SO WHY DID YOU PICK UP YOUR PHONE, YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE IF YOU CAN'T SPEAK. Before I can respond she dropped th call. 1st of all I work in customer service, and your service was ***. Just because of that ***** whoever she is responded like that to a custom. Er makes me wonder. I will put this all over social media. I am a customer from MTN for over 20 years and to get this *** service from a ***en child hell ***en no. You just lost a customer, I am cancelling all my ***en contracts. Whoever that lady is, I don't know what she does in customer service. I wt a respond to this email and I want the ladies name. You have the time and the number and I know your calls are recorded. I need a response by tomorrow *** SERVICE
