********** Service at MTN Irene Mall

MTN Irene mall's service is **********. I have been to that store more than 30 times this year trying to sort out an issue of why my account is in arrears when I pay them on time.

The manager Tebogo Madisha is such a horrible, rude, empathetic man, he laughs at me when I enter the store, walks away, and refuses to come address me when his colleagues asks him to try sort out my problem.

I have never met someone who is so out of touch with reality and so unkind to people that put bread on his table.

I am paying services everything month yet my number is blocked. My credit score is also affected because it seems as though I don't pay my account when in actual fact I do.

Sort this out or I will type you a complaint everyday until this matter is addressed.
