Service at MTN

Terrible service!

I started a new contract with MTN on the 1st of November. I have not been happy with the Huawei nova I8, because it is not user friendly when it comes to installing and using google services. I tried to return the phone two days after receiving it and have just received such terrible service! The store that I did the contract with is not able to cancel the contract or change the contract so that I can get a device that is more suited. Head office wants me to return the device to the store so that they can complete the cancellation process, but the store will not accept the device because it is not a part of their protocol. Further contact with head office has not helped at all.... I have used MTN for many years and completely appalled by the quality of their service. They are quick to take your money but not too interested in helping you if you have any issues after the sales process has gone through.
