**** Service As Usual

I have purchased a work from home 5gig data bundle via the ussd codes provided by the MTN service and and i can not seem to use the internet to do my work. I have called the customer care 4 times and they can't help regarding my issue because they claim that i have purchased an educational bundle. I would like to know where on the ussd codes does it specify that i am purchasing an educational bundle!!! All it says is work from home or home bundles!!! I personally feel that these ussd codes are being done by MTN to rob people of their money and not allow them to use the data. Nowhere on these ussd codes does it specify anything about an educational bundle that can only be used for certain things and many people are probably being ****** of their money! This is utter bull**** from MTN and needs to sorted out! I have lost a day of work during these trying times because of MTNs stupidity and their useless systems.
