I am fuming. I had a month to month contract with MTN that I canceled last year September. They are still billing me despite the fact that I canceled and sent back their router. Their customer service department is so useless they cannot assist. I have sent numerous emails to their complaints department and even they can't assist. So frustrating I am going to contact the ombudsman
