******* Service and *********** consultants.

MTN Customer service is *******, when you owe them money they contact you endlessly reminding you of missing payments and what not, but when you require assistance from them as simple as getting a paid up letter so one can be able to cancel everything with them they put you through from pillar to post.

I had an outstanding balance on my account which was paid in full on the 12th February 2024, I called in requesting a paid up letter and I had been assisted accordingly by an assistance Masinah Legote. She advised to call back for a feedback if no one from MTN had called me, which I did for the past two weeks being put from pillar to post by different consultants some rude and some not sure if they are able to do their job. I had spoken to more than six different consultant telling me different stories about one simple query I have, getting a paid up letter. To name a few which was Sokhele from credit or post paid which he was ***********, then I spoke to Lerato, Sendra Rekhodza , Thandokazi Sotomela which were all not so helpful. I managed to speak to the same consultant who assistance from the beginning Masinah Legote who was able to escalate the matter. Two weeks down the line, today is the 26th February 2024, made the call to the contact center again, which I am still being put from pillar to post with an reference still open, one of the consultant I spoke to today said they cannot provide me with a paid up letter because I still owe an amount of 89c... Where is that 89c coming from when I made a full payment on the 12th February 2024 with no outstanding balance on my account.

MTN is really pathetic and *******, their consultants would put you on hold for more than two minutes without a valid reason then come back and ask 'what you need assistance with'. I do not really understand what is so difficult about assisting a client with a paid up letter so I can close this ****** account.
