*********** Service and being held hostage by MTN

I have been struggling 6monthe plus to CXL my MTN contract. Lodged multiple complaints and no one seems willing to help. I am not able to upgrade due to being on the old system. Seems like a bunch of *********** people working at MTN I am considering legal action against MTN to get my contract canceled due to being held hostage.
