Service Amateurs!!!

The agents are useless I do not even understand why are they referred to as service champions. There are more like service amateurs. I have been billed for extra money money for the past 5 months. I been calling several times and I was advised that there subscriptions on my account and then I was told that those subscriptions are cancelled. Now fast forward to 2 months I am still billed extra. I call today this dude called Patrick picks up and telling me yes the subscriptions were cancelled and I am like why the devil I am still billed extra? The is like because your contract is that much...I am telling him that I never subscribe for a R700 contract. He puts me on hold and hang up. I called again immediately and a lady by the name Tembelihle picks up and tells me that the subscriptions were never cancelled...Matter of fact I am starting to cancel the contracts that I have with you.
