Service a disgrace. (IGNITION GROUP)

I signed up for 2 Black Friday Sim Only deals, on 28 Novemver 2024. An MTN 3rd party, the IGNITION GROUP handled the call. I was informed that everything was in order and the 2nd Sim would be delivered by courier. Today, 2 months later I still haven't received my Sim card. After sending emails back and forth for weeks and being **** to by the Ignition Group's sales representatives and numerous excuses by their support team, they refuse to honour their Agreement.
