I have tried to get hold of MTN on the customer service phone number and guess what happens you get put in a loop and just goes on lick that for ever then you e mail MTN and leave you phone number and no-one calls you back you will get a e mail telling you we have trad calling you and on your call history you will find no missed calls this is very bad customer service i wish that MTN cold just phone me to resolve my issue with them I am so disappointed with MTN they have gone so big they don't care about the man on the street and all I wanted was WIFI for my apartment for my daughter to do homework and have sum social media I will probably miss out on the special now for R249. month to month 100gig specials
