Would rate them 0 if it was possible. I spent 116 minutes today to try and cancel cancel my cellphone contract. I only manged to get a reference number and was put thru to another department. Pathetic service...you must jump thru hoops to cancel a contract that you pay every month. Can't believe you need to phone to cancel a contract, why not at a MTN store ??
