Absolutley poor service from MTN Greenacres, Port Elizabeth. 3weeks later, if not more, i still havent received my device. I was promised call backs on numerous occassions, not one of their consultants called back as promised. Always excuses. I was then told that my device was ready, i sat and waited, even waited after hours, still no device. Last week friday I was promised a call back still nothing. Today I was told that they dont have the deal and that they will send other deals via whatsapp.. Still waiting. Absolutley shocking service by MTN Greenacres mall (opposite Capitec). How do they even manage to keep their jobs? Absolutely ticked off.. Nothing but emptu promises.. To top it all off, I received a bill for something I dont have or didnt sign for. To me, that is *****. I dare you to debit anything from my account
