I would like to know if you are mtn customer and you pay your debt under one of their departments that you later find out you were not supposed to.then when you try to get your money back they tell you several stories.

I paid R320 to mtn corporate device insurance on this account ***, branch 260950,acc type current and emailed proof of payment to *** on the 13-12-24 amd used my Contract phone Acc BA*** as reference,since mtn didnt debit the money on my account..now when I asked them for a refund they are roaming me around like a headless chicken..I want my money and I suspect this is a **** because when I called their number *** I was told they will get back to me ever since.
