<p>i will never understand how MTN works i have provided them with my mother's documents confirming she is no longer with us, i have asked them to de-activate her sim card because there is somone using her number and guess what they have advised that i need to take out the sim card for three month and it will be activated. no wonder people are running away from this network. how on earth will a network not be able to de-activate a sim card if they activated it. so what if frud can be done with that sim card then WHAT????</p>
