**** service

<p>I handed my phone in at MTN East Rand Mall on 6 June 2016 for repairs. I phoned the repairs service number this morning ( ********** 349) only to be told they do not have my phone and I should go back to MTN East Rand Mall. This is the worst **** ever. I have been without a phone for more than 2 weeks and MTN has done nothing. It is apparently still with the branch. I need my phone urgently and this is totally unacceptable. I will be receiving a full invoice at the end of the month for a service I do not even have. Pathetic.</p>
