**** service -50 if I had to rate the agent

I must say your Call centres suck. I called retentions to canc l 2 numbers only to be put on hold and left unattended. I'm with MTN for a total of 22 years now but I guess that means nothing. The agent Nishan left me on hold because the working hrs have run it's time. I call back and I'm told retentions would is till 5. What happened to going the extra mile..... Well done I'm definitely leaving and if this continues all other numbers in my family will leave.... Regards **** Service
