**** service!!!

****ty service!!! No call back since Friday 5th June when I went to do my upgrade. I wasted an hour and left with no phone. First time ever since I've been with MTN. And I've done many upgrades. I want this resolved today or I'm rather canceling my account. Sent an email and no response there either.. Really disappointed!
