Service??

Not very impressed with the customer service from MTN recently. The wheels seem to be falling off from both a service delivery and pure signal service point of view. Still waiting for my updates details to appear on a statement issued by them (changed in January - now July), and 3 days of no signal, not loadshedding, and those on the other side of the phone call couldn't be less helpful if they tried.
