Good day<br> <br> To whom ever it may concern,<br> <br> I'd like to log a formal complaint as I requested for my contract to cancelled just over 2 months ago.<br> <br> I've sent communication in this regard and was advised the same was done, I've been billed even though the contracts was cancelled and this was confirmed in writing, made various calls to call centre, sent emails daily however I still await paid up letters.<br> <br> internal emails were sent where I was CC'D in staff just advising that the communication went to the incorrect department, it looks like no manager knows what's happening.<br> <br> I cry out for urgent assistance .<br> <br> Disappointed client!!!<br> <br> <br> Mr C Padiachey<br> <br>
