I have sent mails and even been on the customer care line .I phoned mtn direct to get more run arounds My father passed away and I am trying to change his account to pay as you go. This seems to be an task to big for mtn. they just cannot do this after 3 months of emails and phone calls. They rather want to transfer the contact to another member of the family. are you desperate for subscribers that you cannot do your job. The legal department just does not get back to a person and they do not have contact numbers where you can follow up
