Got a problem with my data being charged while still more than 4 gig left. Fill in query, they close it without answer. Email costumer service, do not bother to reply. Phone 808, do not get answer as they do not pick up phone. Went to branch, same problem as I got, do not pick up phone. Wonder if the will listen if you withhold payment due to services not delivered.

Please accept our apologies for the break down in service at one of our touch points and for any inconvenience caused.

According to our records you are not charged for data out of your bundle and allocated airtime. We do note an SMS charge however, please dial the following code to bar the SMS service: #33*0000*16# ok.
