Horrible service from MTN 😡 i app**** for my wifi router of R250 per month in September i was told to pay R398 which was pro rata and a month which i paid on the 13th September already, however i only received my device on the 18th October and was connected on the 19th October which im covered for until end November now im getting sms's that i must pay 215rand according to their agent its for December but the sms threatens to disconnect me if i don't pay the 215rand immediately, what **** service is this and they don't respond to emails and you wait for more than a hour on the line.
