I have been into MTN Richards Bay 4 months back now to change my business package that i am currently on to my personel name i gave all documents in and today when i got to the Richards Bay MTN branch to find out what is happenning they tell me that i need to tell them who i dealt with 4 month ago so they can find out what is going on, how on gods green eath is anyone suppose to remember the persons name who they dealt with 4 months ago, now they say they have no record of this as well as my phone has been suspended and they cannot tell me why ether, MTN your service sucks to the lowest level even telkom does not have such bad service totally pethetice
