Server does not support authentication

My personal email has not been working on my phone. I resulted in deleting the email account from my phone as it is not working. I called the call centre on Tuesday to get assistance on loading the email again on my phone and I was told that it will be fixed and it's the network error. I was advised to restart my devise and my simcard should be removed from phone, I did so. <br> On Wednesday I tried to call the call centre number 1555 and there is no answer when I want to speak to the operator. <br> I also tried on Thursday, did not succeed. <br> Also tried again on Friday, but I still can not get through. <br> <br> Can someone help me to reload this email on my Samsung A5?
