A massive thank you to Tonge, the manager at MTN, Cosmonet in Cresta. <br> You are a huge asset to their team. Infact a HUGE asset to MTN. <br> <br> Whenever I have any problems or queries, Tonge is always willing to assist, or to try and find the relevant information. He is always kind and patient ( and with me being a handful, i understand that can be difficult).<br> <br> I was at his store on the 15th of Feb to ask advice about my phone replacement and a repair of another, and witnessed an irate customer complaining about loss of signal, and a few other things. It was really lovely to see how he handled the situation with such grace and Pride.<br> <br> Tonge, you are a super star.
