Seriously???
I am trying to get through somebody when I dial the 808 number and after calling for the 7th time I decided to log a complaint here. After waiting and waiting for somebody to answer, the call just gets cut. When I took this contract I advised Christopher Estrice that I want my statements to be e mailed. Well I received no e mail! Please can that be done?? I would also like to know - even tho I have ample data I cannot download anything. Why?
