Serious lack if service of MTN 2!!!

I have posted a review last week about a serious lack of service at MTN. Willem Jooste rep**** and assured me that my line is active and that i could contact him at anytime if i have a complaint. My line is STILL suspended and i have not received any reply from him after sending him an e-mail about my ‘still-suspended’ line. It is almost a month later and still no joy! Please help (again)!!!
