Serious Complaint

@MTNza @SamsungSA – I handed in my Z Flip 6 at MTN 5 Simmonds on 15 July. Samsung confirmed it was beyond repair and promised me a Z Flip 7 replacement by mid-August. It’s now September and I still have no phone.

I’ve called MTN & Samsung multiple times (refs: IRM***, REF***, REQ***), but I’m just sent back and forth with no resolution. Service has been extremely poor and unacceptable.

I urgently need my replacement device or a clear timeline for delivery.
