Sent to legal while on debit order

My ID number is: *** and old cellphone number held with you is ***.

I was on a contract with a debit order on it and it ended about a year or two ago. I was shocked when I app**** for another contract that I owe about over R100, which is really confusing as I was on a debit order to avoid this. I then paid but months later the payment has n't been processed and my contract application is still being declined.

What is going on?

I work for Liberty and applying at the MTN shop in our building and assisted by Shenaaz Greeff ***.

Find attached proof of payment and below convos with Shenaaz.

This is confusing as the first consultant from your store was told it’s only R180 and now this. Please can I get a itemised billing for my account. There is something wrong with it and I need to get it sorted with my lawyer. I can’t be told one amount and when it suits MTN I am told another amount. Really unprofessional to quote amounts without billing or a statement listing how the amount was derived. I am at MTN and not you my dear but need you to speak to them as you are my contact person.

Regards,

Lerato

***

Same response as usual. This is getting out of hand and have escalated to the respective consumer board. You are telling me what I have been told for a month already. This matter has been with your legal for a month.
